One-Time Projects (Website Redesigns)

Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase if work has not yet began. If work has began then contact us and we can work something out depending on how much progress has been done.
Once design or chatbot setup has started, refunds are not available, since our services involve custom, time-based work.
If we cannot deliver your service as described due to a technical issue on our end, you will receive a full or partial refund, depending on project completion status.

Monthly & Subscription Plans

For recurring AI maintenance or chatbot hosting plans, billing occurs on a monthly or yearly basis.
You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods or for cancellations after the renewal date.

Service Quality Guarantee

If you’re unsatisfied with your project results, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and may offer:

A partial refund if a clear service error occurred.

Digital Products and Third-Party Tools

Services involving third-party platforms (such as Wix, Stripe, or chatbot integrations) are bound by those providers’ refund and cancellation terms. Flowstate Websites is not responsible for charges or delays caused by third-party services.
