You retain full ownership of your website content, media, and branding assets.
You may not resell or redistribute Flowstate Websites’ proprietary code, chatbots, or designs without written permission.
Client Responsibilities

Failure to cooperate or provide required materials on time may delay project completion.
Limitation of Liability

Downtime or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Wix, Stripe, hosting providers, AI API outages).

Any loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from technical issues or client misuse.

Unauthorized access due to password sharing or insecure practices outside our control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.
Confidentiality
